What I am is good enough if I would only be it openly.

I practice from a humanistic therapy perspective, meaning our work is grounded in valuing you as a whole person - not just a set of symptoms or problems to solve. My approach is based on the belief that you already have what you need to create the life you want. I believe we all have the innate ability to access growth, healing, and self-understanding. With empathy and genuine connection, this capacity can be nurtured and strengthened.

In a typical session, we’ll move at your pace and focus on what feels most meaningful or present for you in the moment. My role is not to fix or direct you, but to offer a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will listen deeply and reflect back what I’m hearing, helping you gain clarity, notice patterns, and better understand yourself. Rather than offering advice or telling you what you “should” do, I support you in noticing your own strengths, values, and inner wisdom and help you explore ways to put these to work in your life.

You can expect our work together to feel collaborative and respectful. We’ll explore your relationships, emotional experiences, and sense of meaning. I’ll do my best to encourage and model authenticity throughout the process. Growth often happens when we are fully seen and accepted, and my goal is to help create an atmosphere where that kind of healing can take place.
