My current rate is $165 per session. I am in-network with Aetna insurance. For out-of-network insurers I am able to provide a superbill detailing services provided and cost. Whether or not your insurance carrier will reimburse you is dependent on your individual plan.

This depends on the identified goals of our time together. It is important that we have a shared understanding of what we are working toward and how we will know when we get there. You can expect therapy with me to feel collaborative, compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental. I appreciate humor in the room when it feels right, as it can create a sense of comfort and shared humanity while we navigate meaningful work together. I strive to keep the focus on being present with you and your experiences. That process includes regularly checking in on your experience in therapy and in our relationship.

I do not currently offer evening or weekend appointments. If your scheduling needs aren’t aligned with this, please feel free to reach out anyway. I am happy to assist you in finding a therapist who can work within your schedule.
